From a great Q&A panel to an incredible feast thanks to Brad, it was a beautiful day with families, youth ministers, teens and counselors all in one place. We’re feeling the excitement for summer already!

High schoolers, this is for you! Looking for a weekend to step away from the noise, ask real questions about faith, and connect with other teens walking out their faith? Happening is a retreat designed just for grades 9–12. It is led by other high school students, supported by clergy and adult mentors, and filled with honest talks, great music, small groups, worship, laughter, and a few surprises along the way. Come see what it means to follow Jesus in today’s world and head home ready to live out your faith with confidence. Link in bio!

I am from Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church in Valrico and I am a senior in high school. I first experienced Happening in 2024 at Happening #87. Even with heavy hearts, the Diocesan Youth Council gathered for the first time this past weekend, holding space for grief while still choosing to show up for one another. The Church of the Apostles and the Diocese of Southwest Florida invite our wider Episcopal and Parrish communities to gather in prayer following the tragic loss of Johnathan Boley, and to hold the Boley family in love and compassion.

We will gather for a Prayer Vigil on Sunday, January 4, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at St. Thomas Chapel and the labyrinth at DaySpring Conference Center.

This will be a quiet, candle-lit time of prayer and worship, centered on Scripture, gentle music, and shared silence. There will be no formal speaking or explanation—only space to stand or sit in stillness, to pray quietly, and to be present with one another before God.

WELCOME TO OUR NEW CAMP DIRECTOR! @dayspringfla and @episcopalflorida are delighted to announce that Caitlin Martin has accepted the call to serve as the next Director of Camp and Outdoors @campdayspringfla “I am so excited to return to my roots and serve The Episcopal Church again,” Martin said. “I have watched with great interest what Camp DaySpring is doing, and it is clearly something special. I cannot wait to join the team and help build on the momentum already happening in Southwest Florida.”
